Day 54: Budva, Montenegro

Stats... 36km in 2hrs 20mins. We know its short but there is a reason for it! We began the day leaving at 7.30am and continuing along the coastal road heading for Albania. However, on arriving at Budva we found a travel agency that offered both tours to Durmitor National Park and the Ostrog Monestary which are two major highlights of Montenegro that we definately wanted to see but due to shortness in time we were unable to cycle there. We found a Hostel and were given free drinks including a sample of their local 53% proof brew. We wandered into the old town in amongst the soaring temperature and booked onto the tours for the next two days. We spent the rest of the day chilling in our air con rooms and the sea.
